SHPL is manufacturing guar meal protein under the trade name SUNFEED, which is a high protein product, produced during extraction of galalctomannan endosperm from the guar (Cyamopsis tetragonolobus) seeds. During the extraction process, two fractions are produced (germ & hull). Germ & hull fractions are usually combined to form the marketed product, the guar meal protein.
Guar meal protein typically comes into two forms-guar meal korma, which comes in to granular form and guar meal churi, which comes in coarse powder form.
It is suggested to store SUNFEED products in a dry and cool place, away from heat and out of the sun. Once package is opened, consume within reasonable time. SUNFEED products are provided in big bag or in desired packing. Shelf life of product is 2 years from the date of manufacturing.
